ComNet19 is happening at the JW Marriott Austin!

A special discounted room rate of $284 / night is available to ComNet attendees for Wed., Thurs., and Friday nights.  It will sell out, so please book a room early.

To book a room for Tuesday, please call central reservations at 844-473-3959 and let them know you’re with The Communications Network. The reservations will be outside of the group block and will be marked as “back to back” meaning there will be two separate confirmation numbers but you will be able to stay in the same room for the duration of your stay.

If you prefer to make reservations over the phone, please call 844-473-3959 and be sure to let them know you’re with The Communications Network.

Conference registration does NOT include accommodations and does NOT guarantee you a room at the JW Marriott Austin, so please book a room early to ensure your best chance of securing a space in the hotel. The cutoff date to book your room is Friday, September 13, 2019.

NOTE: Our hotel group rate is full for Tuesday night and almost sold out completely. You can double check availability at the JW Marriott by calling central reservations at 844-473-3959 and letting them know you’re with The Communications Network. Luckily there are many options within walking distance to the JW Marriott such as the Hyatt Regency Austin, InterContinental Stephen F. Austin, Westin Austin Downtown, The Line Austin, and Fairmont Austin. If you are still looking for accommodations, we suggest calling one of them, getting some people together to rent an Airbnb, or consulting your favorite travel site.

The Communications Network does NOT work with third party vendors to book accommodations. Please ignore anyone who contacts you about your hotel reservation who does not work directly with the JW Marriott Austin.
